Hello Suleyman,
I am very sorry for any troubles you have experienced. I am not aware of any connection issues to our site over the past 72+ hours, so you should have been able to load our page without error. Are you still unable to load the site? If so, can you give us a call at +1-888-748-3526 so we can get you sorted out?

Hi, Do you recommend cpanel or siteadmin for the most comprehensive panel?
Mark McQuaid November 24, 2014 at 4:01 pm
Hi There!
For our shared hosting clients, we only our SiteAdmin software, whereas our resellers run cPanel. With this in mind, its not whether which software is better for your needs, its which hosting service is better for your needs. Will be you reselling web hosting services to people? If so then you would want our reseller hosting services. If you are just wanting to host your own website(s), then a shared hosting package would be best for you.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!

Thanks for pointing that out. We’re in the process of tidying up our knowledgebase to make it easier to use, and that article was disabled. I’ve re-enabled it for now, so the link is working for you. It may change in the future, but we will make sure the link is updated when that happens.
