  • Is it possible to set up a default email client (ie.. roundcube) so once my clients login they are sent only to roundcube to access their mail and do not have to choose between the three? Sometimes this just bogs down our staff by calls concerning which to use and what if type questions. Just want it to be (excuse my French) idiot proof.

    • Hello Don,

I hope this comment finds you well!

Because of the way cPanel/SiteAdmin is setup, it is unfortunately not possible to disable the other mail clients as this would affect the whole server.

However, you can install your own copy of RoundCube and direct your users there. For information on how to do this, please see the following link…

Also, if you are on a service that uses cPanel (Reseller and cPanel VPS), you could have your clients select the “auto load” option from the webmail welcome screen. If you don’t have one of our services that uses cPanel, then I would recommend installing your own copy of RoundCube.

If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment here, or if you would prefer, you can open a ticket with our support department though Backstage.

      Happy Hosting!
