Connectivity

This datacenter has two diverse and redundant connections. One of which being the largest internet provider in India with an impressive global network.

Both providers have diverse entrances into the facility with multiple Gigabit fibers.

Power

This datacenter has dual Cummins 250Kva generators (startup time is less than 30 seconds) with 2,000 gallon fuel capacity allowing the datacenter to run 1 week at full load running in N+1 redundancy.

This datacenter also has contracts in place with local diesel fuel providers with a level 1 priority in case of extended power outages.

In addition, the datacenter uses dual Eaton UPS (uninterrupted power supply) 160Kva allowing the entire datacenter to run on full load for ~20 minutes. This gives the generators ample time to start up and provide power in cases where power from the grid is not available.

Fire

Using 3 different types of fire suppression systems including gas, carbon monoxide and water, this datacenter, coupled with an early fire/smoke detection systems, is prepared to react to any kind of fire emergency.

Estimated Restore Times For Full Data Loss

Because each server (even at the same location) can vary in disk usage, it’s unfortunately not possible to give exact estimates on how long a full restore will take. From experience however, we have found that most servers can be restored within 8 to 16 hours.
