New Backstage: How to update your account information

From time to time, you may find a need to update your contact and billing information. In this article, we will show you how to access and update your personal information stored inside of Backstage. For all the following changes, we will need to be in Backstage and on the Preferences page.

How to Change your Email Address

1) Click My Details from the side menu.

2) Fill in your new Email and then click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. We recommend that you do NOT use an email address that is hosted with us in-case of server downtime or routing issues.

How to Change your Backstage Password

1) From the Preferences page, click “Change Password” on the left-side menu.

2) Enter your existing password, next enter then new password you wish to use into the New and Confirm Password fields

3) Click Save Changes

How to Change your Billing Address

1) Click the “My Details” link located in the left menu

2) Enter the billing address you wish to use

3) Click the Save Changes button

How to Change your Security Questions

1) Click the “Security Settings” from the left menu

2) Enter the answer to your current security questions

3) Select the new questions you wish to use and enter the answers, confirm the answer

4) Click Save Changes
