Hello Jessica,
When we receive notice that one of our servers has been blacklisted, we work directly with the organization that has issued the block to work and to get it resolved.
If you are still getting the blocked bounce backs, please feel free to open a ticket with our support team via Backstage. We will be more than happy to give you an update on the process.

Hi
My IT guy moved our hosting services to you over the weekend and I am having a problem with emails. I can send email, but no email is arriving into my inbox. I have been onto webmail and there is no email there either. Senders have contacted me saying they are getting the error message as per below. Does something need to be set on your hosting side?
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
[email protected]
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain redventure.co.za by redventure.co.za. [5.10.105.46].
The error that the other server returned was:

Hello Ross,
I have tested this, and mail is delivering to your inbox normally (I have since removed my test message). You may want to contact our support team on this, and we will be happy to take a closer look.

I’m unable to email a coworker that has an email address with [domain.com]. Please contact the organization to clear this up.

Hello Nathan,
I have edited your comment to remove the domain, for privacy’s sake. There are any number of reasons for the mail to not be going through, and we would need you to contact our support team with any bounceback messages you have received, so we can look into this for you.
