cPanel: Using CGI Center
A Common Gateway Interface (CGI) allows you to run scripts on your hosting account. cPanel’s CGI Center interface provides a list of CGI scripts that display and manage guestbooks, clocks, hit counters, and banner ads that you can utilize for free on your hosting service.
