New Backstage – Domains: How to Enable or Disable Domain Auto Renew
Note: This article only applies to select customers on our new, upgraded Backstage area and will be available to all customers soon!
In efforts to ensure that our clients have the smoothest service with us, we automatically will renew domains registered through us by default. If for some reason you decide that you no longer wish to renew the domain name that you have through us, you can easily disable the automatic renewal process by logging into your Backstage and following the steps outlined below.
1) Log into Backstage
2) Click the Domains tab
3) Click the edit button for the domain you wish to change and select Auto Renewal Status.
4) Click the Disable auto renew button
That’s it!
