Billing: Account Addon Fees
Along with your hosting account, Backstage will provide you access to request many different account “Addons” which will be additions to your hosting account or requests for changes to your existing account. While many of these are free, there are some that would require an additional charge. You can find each of these addons and their fees below.
Dedicated IP:
- Shared/Reseller/Cloud/VPS – $3/month each
- IP addresses in Singapore & Hong Kong – $5/month each
- IP addresses in Australia – $6/month each
SSL Installs:
- $15 installation fee for all SSL certificates purchased from an outside SSL provider
- Renewal certificate installs are free
- PositiveSSL – $50/year
- PositiveSSL (WildCard) – $189/year
- Comodo EV SSL – $329/year
- Requires a CSR request that can be requested here.
- If an SSL certificate is purchased through us, the installation fee will be waived!
Location Migration:
- $10.00 fee to have hosting moved to a different location [Shared Hosting]
- $20.00 fee to have hosting moved to a different location [Reseller/VPS Hosting]
Username Change:
- $20 fee for username changes
Domain Name Changes:
- Shared Hosting – No Charge
- Shared Cloud Hosting – No Charge
- Managed VPS using SiteAdmin – No Charge
- Reseller Hosting – $25 fee for the main domain name (no charge for sub-accounts)
- Reseller Cloud Hosting – $25 fee for the main domain name (no charge for sub-accounts)
- Managed VPS using cPanel – $25 fee for the main domain name (no charge for sub-accounts)
Domain Privacy:
- $12/year charge per domain name
WHMCS Licenses:
- Branded: $10/mo
- Unbranded: $12/mo
Managed VPS and Cloud VPS Remote Backups:
- VPS1 – $5/mo
- VPS2 – $7/mo
